I am so glad I found TRIM when I did! As I was preparing for my wedding and honeymoon, I just did not feel good about the way I looked in a bathing suit or more importantly how I felt. To begin my marriage I wanted to be the best wife I could to my husband and knew I couldn’t do it on the path I was on. Eating terrible and I had lost my workout routine, I was in a rut. In the past, I would either be SUPER strict on nutrition for two or three weeks then fall off the wagon and eat pizza and burgers every night! There was no balance and I was discouraged that I’d be in this cycle forever. TRIM helped me find my balance and I’m thankful for a program that is easy to follow!

These are my results after 2 rounds of TRIM. I am down almost 30 pounds and have reached my goal weight! This program has been a total game changer! It’s allowed me to have confidence and a game plan in both the gym and the kitchen! I love everything about this program and recommend it to everyone!

Wow TRIM has significantly changed the way I look at a healthy lifestyle. I do not dread going to gym because I’m not just doing cardio for hours upon hours throughout the week and really enjoy the fact that I can go in and confidently pick up weights and know what I’m going to do with the TRIM videos! I have noticed a significant change in my body, especially my legs and stomach. I have went down a dress size, lost 10 pounds and over 12 inches all together! I feel confident and strong! I’ll be honest, the last two weeks have been inconsistent for me as far as making sure I’m hitting my macros and I just keep thinking to myself what my results could have been. I am really looking forward to round 2 July 1 and am determined to stay fully committed until the end! 

I started trim during one of the most stressful periods of my life thus far. We are currently an one income household & my work schedule is the busiest it’s ever been. During the 7 weeks of Trim, I traveled for work every week. One might think this isn’t the best time to drop $200 on yourself for a new program that you don’t even know will work for you. But that’s the thing....during this time my nutrition & workouts were the only thing I could control. Sure there were days when things went awry but this program taught me more than anything it’s how you bounce back vs. how you’ve “failed”. And it shows....not only did I receive physical and scale results after 7 weeks but the mental results were almost instantaneous. That mental mind shift is what made me sign up for the next round 3 weeks in - before I had even seen the number on the scale.

This was my second round of TRIM and I enjoyed every day of it. I’m feeling stronger and more confident and it’s easier to improvise on food choices, though I still love using AHP. I didn’t lose as many inches as I did in round 1, but my clothes continued to fit better. The pictures might be a bit deceiving given the higher rise of my shorts in the after round 1 picture versus the lower rise in the post round 2, but neither of the pairs of shorts in the pictures on the left even fit anymore! This life style is so easy to stick with - the workouts are challenging but fit really well into my daily routine and even if I end up having more drinks than I should on a Saturday when I’m out with friends, I no longer feel like the whole weekend is a wash and I have to start over on Monday. I’m really looking forward to starting VIP in August and continue to refine all the changes I’ve made to my body and my life in the last two rounds!

I’ve been looking forward to joining Trim for a while! I’ve put it off and put it off. I’m so glad I joined when I did. I workout a decent amount. Eat fairly “well”. However, I was in desperate need to really get my nutrition inline more. I wanted to feel stronger, and feel that I’m healthy from the inside out. This program did just that. Following your macros I found I was always lacking protein. I was able to figure out how to get that in. I was able to successfully continue to breastfeed my 1 year old. I was also able to learn more about fiber and really get my carbs under control. I looked forward to each day because I found something I loved to eat that would fit the guidelines for those days. I also loved the workouts. A typical cardio junky, I thought I wouldn’t enjoy the lifting. I feel so much stronger! I even missed a few workouts here and there and so surprised by how much my body shaped up, that I feel good mentally and well as physically. Looking forward to continue this lifestyle change!  

I can’t get over how much my body has changed in the past 7 weeks. Yes, the weight loss is a major plus. I’m down 5lbs and lost over 12 inches! More importantly, I am so happy with how my body is feeling! I feel like I am finally thriving throughout my day, not being so sluggish. My stomach aches that I use to have all the time, gone! Major bloating, gone! I have more energy than I’ve had in a long time. My over all body/health feels stronger and amazing!! I cannot thank TRIM Bootcamp enough for the major confidence booster. There is nothing better when you are feeling fabulous on the inside AND outside! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I can’t believe TRIM boot camp is over. I am FOR SURE signing up for round 2. I lost 7.5 pounds (139–>132.5!). I had hit a fitness plateau. I couldn’t seem to get past 137 on the scale. No matter what diets I tried or how hard I pushed myself in workouts, nothing seemed to budge. I had seen a blogger (glitter and gingham) get in killer shape with y’all so I thought why not?! I am SO GLAD I did. I feel like I now have the tools to live a sustainable heathy life style. I still get to indulge and go out with friends, but I’ve learned how to really do it all in moderation with the right tools. I am so glad I found TRIM you ladies have definitely figured out a way to help women succeed in their fitness goals. 

TRIM Bootcamp has changed my life! I started TRIM after a friend had great results and kept saying it was easy to follow and she was absolutely right! I think the help and guidance with this program are key to success. I enjoyed continuing to learn about carb cycling/macros and how what I’m using to fuel my body makes an impact on how I feel. This program has given me the reset I needed when I had no idea where to even start. I just finished my second round and in total I’ve lost 13lbs and 22 inches overall! I am finally getting to back to feeling like myself and comfortable in my body and I couldn’t have done it without this program!

When I looked at these pictures, I became very emotional. I knew it was working- but this was surprising to me. I love the workouts, I love the nutritional guidance and I love the accountability and encouragement. TRIM has changed my life- for the better! I know that this is sustainable for me. I have more work to do- but I’m inspired, empowered and prepared. I can’t thank you enough! 

This program really helped me understand my eating habits and how to change them without feeling deprived or hungry. Not only have I lost inches, but more importantly I feel better. My digestion has improved, my energy is up (which is tough with a 12 month old), I fit into my pre-pregnancy pants/shorts, and I feel more comfortable and confident in my appearance.

I quit smoking last year and put on 25 pounds. I got out of the gym and just started eating it compensate for not smoking. I was to the point I was tired simply trying to get off the couch. I joined trim after seeing my sister in laws results. And decided this was the jump I needed. After the first week I could already tell a change in my stamina I was breathing easier and felt lighter. The workouts are challenging but they change up weekly so they don't get stale. They also push me and I feel so great afterwards. A Healthy Passion was an added bonus, I've always been a picky eater and liked to find what's easiest. I hate to cook. After seeing these recipes I've cooked more than in my entire life and they are all so simple and take minimal time to fix. I used to hate fish and now it's my go to. Thank you for giving me these tools and life lessons.

TRIM Bootcamp finally helped me break my plateau! I had lost weight a couple of years ago, but felt some still hanging around which really dragged down my confidence. If you told me I’d be writing a happy testimonial for a successful fitness program that worked for me I would have laughed! I felt like I was on the right track, but wow did this program teach me so much about exercise, intermittent fasting, carb cycling, and just simply how to eat healthier on a daily basis. Overall, I feel like I sleep better and have increased energy throughout the week, but the impact really hit me when I measured myself and pulled up my before photo next to my current one. I could physically see how much stronger and leaner I am and it feels inspiring to finally see positive changes in my body. I genuinely look forward to the workouts planned each week, I feel like I have a personal trainer right there with me cheering me on! However, food and nutrition has always been a massive struggle for me. I am so impressed that this program taught me how to eat mindfully and healthily, but is balanced enough that I stop guilt tripping myself when I want to indulge. The telling moment I knew this program was working for me was when I went on a weeklong birthday vacation and didn’t go crazy with desserts. I have the BIGGEST sweet tooth and would usually order dessert after every meal. Funny enough, on the first night I ordered one and only had a couple of bites! It was like my mind and body was satisfied with that and there was no need to overeat. Thank you Kate and Val, can’t wait for the next round!

Over the last two years I have increased my workouts only to find that my weight only increased over time. After turning 40 I found that my hormones had drastically decreased meaning I was in early menopause. I was very discouraged that I was working out harder than even but not enjoying any visible results. I was hopeful that your program would offer results but not super optimistic. Even after the first week I could tell that pairing the right type and way of eating coupled with my workouts was the missing link. I found that I loved IF and realized that I had been eating more than I needed to. I have lost 7 lbs and 7 overall inches and I feel amazing. I would just like to thank you all for all of your support through this journey over the past 7 weeks!!! I have tried so many different weight loss programs that have not provide me with the results like Trim has. In just 7 weeks I have lost approximately 13 inches and lost 9lbs!!! While I am so excited about the weight and inches I have lost through Trim I am more excited that as someone who struggles with binge eating I have had zero, ZERO, episodes of binging. Other NSV I have experienced through Trim are decreased cravings for junk food, increased energy levels, and increased self confidence and esteem. Lastly, I have never been a consistent workout person and through Trim I have truly enjoyed the workouts and actually looked forward to them. I cannot say enough about how Trim has changed my lifestyle and I am so thankful for it! I look forward to the next round!!!

I’m so happy I tried TRIM. While I’ve never had trouble motivating myself to workout or cook healthy meals, after my first round of TRIM, I can safely say just wasn’t doing it right. In the past, I made healthy meals, but the portions were small and shied away from carbs, so I would snack a lot - “healthy” snacks like nuts and fruits, but they really add up! Using AHP, I’m making meals that are so much more filling and sticking with the macro goals, snacking can’t get out of control (nor do I need it to). I also had a lot of digestion issues and would often feel heavy and bloated after eating. With intermittent fasting, all of those issues have gone away. From what I’ve learn through TRIM, I’m pretty sure I wasn’t giving my body enough time to digest food and my body basically revolted. The TRIM workouts provide lots of variety and don’t ever feel like a slog to get through. Lots of similar moves to what I was doing in the past, but the carb cycling - eating the right foods paired with the right workouts is a game changer. I could go on and on, but to sum it up - I feel so much more comfortable and confident with my body, my habits, and my choices now and I can’t wait to start round 2! -Jordan  

TRIM has taught me a very easy and effective way to live a life of balance. Intermittent fasting was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be as I have always been a breakfast person. My energy levels have spiked and I am feeling great! I love the TRIM workouts and the recipes on AHP are delicious-I have even gotten my boyfriend to eat more greens preparing them in different ways. -Kelly

This was my second round and it was great to be able to continue on right after finishing my first round. I continued to learn so much especially about nutrition this second round. I had a better idea of the general nutritional values of foods, which made it a little easier to make meal decisions on the go (like for unexpected dinners out). I did have a lot more times this round where I was out to dinner, or at a cookout/potluck at someone's house, and that definitely makes it more challenging. It's not too hard to load up foods into MFP from restaurants, but it is nearly impossible sometimes to load foods in from what I've eaten at a potluck. That was probably my biggest new struggle but I tried to eat as many veggies as possible and watch my portions in those situations. But they are real life, unavoidable situations that I feel like I'm much more prepared to navigate now! I can't believe how many inches I lost this round, I am truly shocked by that! I could tell that jeans were getting looser, and I've gone down a whole jeans size! I also could tell a couple of tops were getting looser in the upper arm, but I was really surprised when I measured myself. I have also lost 11.5 lbs total from when I started the first round! I felt like I got stronger with the exercises and they were different enough from the ones in the first round that they didn't feel too repetitive.  

After two rounds of TRIM I am excited to start the VIP group. I have been so happy with my progress and flexibility of the program! I love the support from other participants and knowing what my meal plan and workouts will look like before the week starts. As a working mom, AHP has also made meal planning and grocery shopping so much easier!! I held out on using it for a few weeks but am so glad I have it now. Can't wait to keep going! After learning that I had an autoimmune disease 4 years ago, I completely changed my diet. Over the course of the following 2 years I completed 7 Whole30’s and became 100% Gluten, Dairy, & Legume Free. People would often hear about my restrictions and comment on how healthy I must be. Although I was healthier than I ever was in the past, I knew I wasn’t there yet. I could never stick to meal planning and prep - I hated it even. I knew the proportions of what I was eating were not right, and that it was reflecting in how I felt. When I was doing a Whole30 I always felt great, but the reality is that doing Whole30 100% of the time is just not sustainable. I also had a lot of trouble with stress eating sweets or chips late at night. Then I found TRIM, and it has 100% changed my life. The combination of Macro Tracking, Intermittent Fasting and Carb Cycling was exactly what I needed, and I finally feel like I am getting my nutrition right! By the time I started my second round of Trim, I found myself actually enjoying finding new recipes and meal prepping, which is a huge deal for me. It no longer felt like the arduous task that it used to be, because I had so much more direction for what to eat and when. Focusing on intermittent fasting and carb cycling really helped me kick my habits of late night eating, and my digestion has never been more on track! The workouts are doable both at home and at the gym and are so varied that I never felt myself get bored like I have in the past. The combination of coaching and accountability that they provide you with every day was just what I needed to put all these new lifestyle habits into practice, and kick start my goals for the year, with a program that is totally sustainable. So I knew that I was feeling better physically, and rolling with a little extra confidence, but I honestly didn't realize until I looked at these before and afters and measurements how much my body has changed, too! I (begrudgingly) started an anti-anxiety medication a couple of years ago and in addition to a better quality of life, it brought on about 40 extra pounds. I had tried in vain for almost a year to lose weight, and only continued to gain. It felt like no matter what I did or ate, I couldn't move the scale in the right direction, and I had started to give up. But somehow the combination of fasting, consistent workouts and carb cycling has finally made me feel like I am in control of my body again. The first thing I noticed was how much stronger I felt during the workouts in the second round and how I started to look forward to that feeling. The confidence boost is addicting! When I do hard, uncomfortable things in the gym I'm reminded that I can do hard things in my life! Side note: I was also suffering from consistent daily heart burn in the months leading up to TRIM. Fasting for 14-16 hours daily, whether I was following the nutritional guides to a "t" or not, completely eliminated my acid reflux and heartburn without any medication. On weekends when I didn't follow my usual schedule and ate round the clock, heartburn was back within 24 hours. So this schedule is definitely my new normal. Unexpected win!

I don't know even know where to start with this program. Before starting TRIM, I hated the way I felt about myself. My clothes didn't fit right, I had no energy and I just didn't feel like me. I honestly had no idea where to begin with my weight loss journey. I was inspired by a close friend who did her first round of TRIM and had great results. She kept saying the program was so easy to follow and she was not lying! TRIM had everything I needed to make a lifestyle change and give me the reset I was searching for. The support from the coaches and other women has been absolutely amazing and so encouraging. I loved learning about carb-cycling and being more aware of what I am using to fuel my body. Carb-cycling and intermittent fasting sounded scary before I started this program but there was nothing to be scared about. After two rounds of TRIM I am feeling the best that I have in years. I actually look forward to my workouts each day, which I haven’t felt in a long time. I had a week of vacation during this second round and was able to maintain my nutrition and workouts which really is a testament to how much of a positive lifestyle change it is. I am SO thankful to Kate & Val for curating this amazing program! I am stunned by my round one results when I had an unplanned 2 week trip to Europe during the program where I stuck with the intermittent fasting but not the carb cycling. Let's be real, I had ALL the carbs in Italy aka pasta and gelato capital of the world. Somehow by trying to stick to the workouts and keeping with the IF, I came back from the trip down a pound from when I left! In all honesty, I was scared to start the program. I was scared that it would be hard. I was scared that I would fail and that it wouldn't work for me like it did for the women in the TRIM before/after photos. I WAS WRONG. Sure it took a little getting used to at first, but after a week or two it became fairly easy and second nature with the help of Kate & Val. With their daily encouragement and easy to follow workouts and meal plans, I feel better than I have in years and I don't feel like I'm giving anything up! TRIM is the first program I’ve tried that focuses on both nutrition and workouts. This pairing has been great for me. I’ve never had trouble getting myself to the gym, but sometimes I felt like that entitled me to whatever food I wanted. Through Kate and Val, I’m learning to pair my workouts with specific nutrition to achieve my goals. AHP is a great resource and I’m learning new recipes that are delicious and in line with my nutrition goals in TRIM. I still have some junk food cravings, but TRIM also taught me it’s not an all or nothing, it’s about balance. The accountability of the Facebook group has been key for me. I haven’t missed a day of posting, tracking or working out during my 7 weeks. It’s hard to let yourself make excuses when you see all these other amazing, successful and BUSY women hitting their goals day by day. I cannot thank both of you enough for the support and encouragement during the bootcamp!! Literally changed my way of life! I’m now wearing clothes that I was also self-conscious in but held on to for that “some day”. Well now it’s SOME DAY and I’m Incredibly happy and proud and THANKFUL!! This is a a journey for me, one I plan to continue on, along with my husband, who has benefitted in so many ways along with me. Seriously, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do!!! 

What a wonderful experience these last 3.5 months have been with SmoBaby followed by TRIM Bootcamp! I was so nervous and hesitant to start the process because I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to fit everything in and make sustainable changes while managing my crazy day to day with a toddler and infant, but I’m so glad I took the leap. I was also weary of how my vegan diet could be integrated, but it was totally doable! I’ve lost 22lbs, lost inches all over, and I am so happy to finally fit back into my pre pregnancy clothes again. Most importantly, my milk supply stayed strong and I never felt like I was punishing myself with the dietary changes or workouts. This is definitely a program I will continue to practice as an every day lifestyle. Thank you Valerie and Kate for creating something so effective and supportive!

I started the program after the unexpected death of my husband and slightly depressed effecting the way I viewed myself. My HgbA1C had climbed above 8.0 with new medication added. My goal for starting the program was to eat healthier, drop the A1C to less than 6.0 and feel good about myself again. My before and after pictures may not show a huge difference, but I am almost down two sizes, wearing clothes I haven’t been able to wear for 5 years, Blood glucose averaging < 120 (next A1C will be checked late August) and am smiling again with confidence and feeling good about myself! I was not as consistent with workouts but focused on personal goals and nutrition this session. I am ready to start the next session 8/5, and planning to crush the workouts!

Trim Bootcamp has been an amazing experience. As someone who has struggled mentally with restricting and bingeing, this program has taught me BALANCE. In my before photo, I’m super bloated due to IBS. Intermittent fasting has helped with my digestion and I no longer need prescribed medications for my bloating. Though my workouts were inconsistent, my nutrition stayed on point throughout the program. Trim Bootcamp has been a lifestyle change for me that I plan to continue indefinitely! -Andrea

I have never been someone who enjoyed working out. I hated going to the gym because I felt so lost! I have been on a weight roller coaster for years. I would swear off carbs, only to crave them and over indulge, then fall off the wagon. I was looking for something different, something I could stick with. TRIM has changed all my bad habits (who knew carbs weren't bad?!) and giving me a plan that easily fits into my busy life. Y'all, I am busy... as in working full time, grad school full time and taking care of a one year old busy. As my son started to work on eating more I knew that I needed to be making better choices for my family and for myself. I needed to change what I was doing. I knew we were about to go through a difficult time in life. We sold our home, we couch surfed for weeks, we moved to a different state, life was BUSY. I decided to sign up for TRIM anyway because I could see that people were getting results. Now during a time when I should have been gaining weight, I LOST 11.5# and 14.75". I have been fighting to lose this weight since my son was born. I am not perfect and I focus hard on getting my nutrition right. Kate and Val are there through it all. They dance with you during your successes and support you when you fall off the wagon. Guys- I could not recommend this program enough. I am so excited to hit Round #2 HARD now that we have our life a little more back to normal. And, if I needed to say more, I am now wearing my pre-pregnancy pants! After having 2 kids, I have tried quite a few programs to lose some stubborn weight. I cannot believe the results I got with TRIM—I have never seen results close to this with any other program. I’ve said to several friends that this program is so do-able—I don’t feel starved or like I eat lettuce all day (lol)! I’ve gotten to enjoy my favorite foods and still had amazing results. Where do I even begin with my obsession with TRIM? I am a mom of 2 that has struggled with my weight the majority of my life. I played sports and had my fair share of attempts at getting healthy, but nothing ever sustained. Mainly because I was depriving myself from enjoying food the way it was intended to be enjoyed. I now get to eat carbs without feeling guilty. I get more calories than I ever allowed myself. I am feeding my body the foods that it needs based on my workouts, and the results speak for themselves! I tried other "diet" programs, and yes I lost weight, but it was never anything that could be sustainable for the rest of my life. TRIM is specific to me, Valerie and Kate make it specific to my needs, to my busy life, and they are there to help you jump back in on those days that you feel off track, with ZERO judgement. Am I still overweight? Yes. This isn't a cure all, it takes time! Do I have amazing results in the few short weeks? Heck yeah! I lost 17lbs total and lost 12.25 inches. I feel great! The majority of those inches were lost in my waist and stomach! Which is a huge win after having babies! I cannot wait to start my second round and continue to invest in myself, so that I can be a better wife, mommy, and friend! -Cadie

Before participating in TRIM I have always eaten relatively healthy and my workouts basically always consisted of hard cardio with light weight resistance occasionally. I was so frustrated though because I was busting it in the gym and the stubborn pounds were NOT going anywhere which was so discouraging! When I heard about TRIM and the breakdown of the program I was really interested. I had heard about fasting and carb cycling but wasn't sure if it would work for me. Now after my first round I can say that it did not just work for me but it is a new LIFESTYLE for me! I have so much more energy, I feel like I have a clearer mind, and those stubborn pounds are mostly gone! In the gym I no longer have to do draining cardio everyday (Hallelujah!), I can lift weights bigger than 10 lbs and use machines I never thought I would be utilizing. My body was always tired and as time passed on I continued to always feel like a slug from the time I woke up to the time I hit the pillow at night. This coming from a person who had their health and fitness on a strict schedule just a few years prior it was a hard thing to accept. I had fallen off of the health bandwagon pretty easily and had turned back to my old convenient eating regimen which contained a lot of fast food and late night snacks! It’s kind of funny how quick those pounds went back on in such a short period of time! Last summer when my energy was at an all time low I decided to try Val’s program! After losing 13lbs in just 7 weeks I realized this was the lifestyle change I needed to reach my goal and maintain overall good health!! My energy was at an all time high at this point and my body had never felt so “clean!” I decided to continue on with another round of Trim Bootcamp with Val and Kate. With an in depth guide on nutrition and a cookbook always available as well as more detailed workouts along with the accountability daily.. I was able to lose 8 more lbs and reach my goal of 21 lbs down in 14 weeks!! At this point in my life I can say I’m pretty content but is there always room for improvement.. yes! I’m thankful that there is a lifestyle change that I can continue to have the rest of my life and not be miserable! If you need a lifestyle change.. “Oh.. the moment of truth. I remember the day I took he picture on the left. Kind of hard to believe that was what I really looked like. It was a hard pill to swallow. I knew I had put weight back on over the years since my marathon training but would never really own up to it. My eating habits were not good but I was killing it on the cardio running 3-5 miles around four times a week. But that wasn’t cutting it. I was counting calories but was never really putting forth the effort in learning about kind of calories I was actually putting into my body. I had never tracked macros before and honestly didn’t even know what they were. There was no structured eating schedule and eating out on the weekends eventually turned into eating out all of the time. "After having my third baby, I was stuck in a rut where I couldn’t get into a routine of exercising again. I have always been an active person and loved going to group fitness classes, but I was struggling to find the time to get to classes between work and 3 young kids. I worried about jumping right into TRIM when my body was still recovering from having a baby and I was breastfeeding, so it was perfect timing that SmoFitness lauched SmoBaby. It was appealing that the group would be all moms and that there were different programs for the type of delivery you experienced, as well as whether or not you were breastfeeding. I participated in the first round and was hooked from the beginning. I loved having a group of ladies in the Facebook group who were also going through the program and were also new moms. We shared tips, encouraged each other and started seeing results. After the SmoBaby program I had lost about 15 pounds and several inches (mostly off my waist and stomach) and my pre-baby clothes started to fit again. "I got married in November of 2016, leading up to that I had been “dieting” and working out and not getting very good results and I remember getting my wedding photos back and feeling really disappointed in myself that I didn’t love the way I looked in my wedding photos and just really feeling down on myself.
